Using the very latest CAD technology in the design and manufacture process, and in close consultation with our customers and sales team, our expert design engineers are able to meet even the most specific requirements. In addition, JM Heafords’ in-house software engineers work closely with the design team to develop software that helps to deliver a quality product and to the right specification.


From this point, our skilled and vastly-experienced engineers get to work on assembling the machinery in our fully-equipped Manchester factory. By using locally manufactured components of an exceptional standard, we are able to guarantee that quality control procedures are met throughout the production process.

 

Once the product is built, tested and ready for use our work doesn’t end there – we ensure that the installation, service and support we provide is equally as responsive and efficient. Our machinery is built to last for decades, so we believe that it should get into the hands of our customers as soon as possible. Our superior post-production service is one of the factors that sets us apart and has led to our current standing as a world leader in our industry.

 

We have installed over 4,000 machines in over 100 countries since our formation, so our experience is beyond doubt. Often with only a few hours’ notice, our dedicated team of installation and service engineers travel throughout the world to avoid any delay or customer disappointment.

 

In addition to a global network of agents, each offering local service support, JM Heafords have an installation and service engineer permanently based in North America which is one of our key overseas markets. Our customers are spread throughout the globe but distance is not an issue; through close collaboration, efficient processes and rapid turnarounds, we are able to meet customers’ post-installation requirements no matter where they are in the world. For example, if spare parts are required they will be despatched on the same day from our Manchester base.
