Agile Working

As with most businesses, we’ve learnt a lot over the last 18 months during the Covid-19 pandemic and in a business that’s built on strong partner and customer relationships we wanted to show #TeamHeaford how important they are too!

On 1st October we introduced flexible working to help our team ensure they get the best work / life balance.

Hybrid working gives our valued office based colleagues the option to work flexible hours to suit their personal situation and work from home part of the time. As a business with a global reach and customers located in so many diffferent time zones it’s great to enhance our colleagues working life at Heaford  and ensure we, as a team, are available to suit varied time zones and support our worldwide network of customers and  agents.

For our fantastic factory based team it’s just not possible to have hybrid working so  they now benefit from compressed hours with an earlier finish on a Friday. This means an extended weekend and just a little bit more time to spend with those who are important to them.

This signifies a positive change for #TeamHeaford and it’s great news too as it  enables us to extend our excellent customer support and customer service.
