Meet Eli, our North American based Service Engineer

We’re delighted to introduce you to our newest recruit – Elijah Andrievich, known to us as Eli, joins us as Service Engineer for North America.  As a US based service engineer for Heaford, Eli will be the first point of contact for customer service and technical support in the United States and Canada.

Eli brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to the role having previously held various positions in the printing industry since graduating from university in 2009. His latest role was as a service engineer for IST America performing service, installation, and commissioning of UV curing systems on sheet fed and flexographic presses.

At Heaford, we believe in nurturing talent and fostering growth, which is why we are committed to providing a comprehensive training program for all our new team members, giving them the best chance of success from day 1!

Over the coming weeks, Eli will have the opportunity to immerse himself in our company culture, collaborate and learn from our experienced team and understand our industry-leading practices.  His first two weeks were spent at our factory site near Manchester before he begins the next phase which will be working with our other service engineers as they carry out service and installation work in North America.

With direct experience of installing, servicing and being an end user of printing equipment, Eli recognises the value of having a technician who you know and trust. Eli is excited about developing those relationships with Heaford customers while growing the business and service base in North America.

In his spare time Eli loves to travel with his wife and young daughter.  He also enjoys running and spending time outdoors.

Eli is already a valuable addition to our team, and we are confident he will quickly build trusted relationships with our customers and agents across North America.
