Meet the Service & Spares Team

Lindsey Blair is our Production & Service Supervisor, she joined Heaford in 2005 and is responsible for first line customer service, team management, supporting the service engineers and organising import and export packing and shipping.

In her spare time, Lindsey likes camping, chatting and laughing and spending time with the family and if she can combine that with reading and a cocktail or 2 preferably in the sun she’s a happy lady!

Hedieh Mirhomayouni’s role is Production & Service Coordinator and she joined us in 2018.  Hedieh is responsible for working closely with customers and agents, organising shipment/ export –import and supporting customer enquiries from receipt through to completion.

In her spare time, Hedieh like reading, travelling, shopping, yoga and skiing.

Ragan White is  Purchasing & Production Coordinator, she joined Heaford in 2022 with extensive experience in  purchasing, capex management, planning and customer account management. Ragan’s role includes working with customer enquiries, shipments and purchasing.

Family is very important to Ragan but when she does have some spare time on her hands, she likes to spend it swimming, running or even at the gym with the kids.
