We’re pleased to share the latest installation of a Heaford FTS 900 at Soft Color, a leading flexographic label converter in Brazil and a valued customer since 2017.

Soft Color first discovered Heaford at Labelexpo Americas in 2016, which led to their purchase of an FTS 500 the following year. That original mounter has delivered consistently high performance across six flexo presses, with no spare parts required in over seven years—a true testament to the machine’s durability and engineering.

In 2024, following initial conversations at the Flexo & Labels Show in Brazil, Soft Color invested in a wider FTS 900 to support a new Mark Andy Performance press, with custom adaptations to also suit several of their narrower machines.

The FTS (Fast Track Servo) range is designed for speed, precision, and ease of use—making it the fastest plate mounter in its class. With automated features, fast setup, and high accuracy, it helps reduce downtime and maximise throughput in busy production environments.

Now fully installed and running, both Samuel Beer and Felipe Beer commented:
