We are proud to celebrate the remarkable service of Henrique Gerstmann, our Latin America Service Engineer, who has been with Heaford for over 28 years. Henrique first joined the Heaford team in January 1996, embarking on a journey that has seen him provide expert service and support to customers across Latin America.

His initial training took place at Heaford’s headquarters in Altrincham, where he learned from our engineers and fitters about the full range of Heaford machines. At the time, Henrique was working alongside his late father, André Gerstmann, who was Heaford’s representative in Brazil. Since 2016, Henrique has taken on the role of Latin America Service Engineer, installing and servicing Heaford machines throughout the region.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Henrique is well-known and highly regarded by our customers for his deep technical expertise and outstanding customer service.

Latin America Sales Manager Nick Vindel says, “Henrique is not just a knowledgeable and skilled service engineer, but also a great friend. I first met him in 2004, and over the years, we’ve shared many trips, trade shows, and meals at churrasquerias. His dedication to our customers and the training he provides in their native language is invaluable to our continued success.”

As we celebrate Henrique’s long-standing contribution, we want to thank him for his incredible commitment, expertise, and the lasting relationships he has built.
