Since joining forces in 2023, Heaford and OS Graphics have embarked on an exciting journey together, with shared values, mutual respect, and a drive for excellence in prepress efficiency!

OS Graphics’ decision to collaborate with Heaford as our agent in France, was partly influenced by their familiarity with our team, particularly Graham Harrison, our International Sales Manager, who they have known for many years. Recognising Heaford’s expertise in flexography and plate mounters, coupled with an impeccable reputation in the industry, OS Graphics saw an opportunity to break into the French market through this partnership.

Reflecting on the past 12 months, it’s been a whirlwind of accomplishments and shared experiences. OS Graphics visited the Heaford facility in the UK, where they had the opportunity to meet our dedicated team. Sébastien Falzone, from OS Graphics, shared his first impressions, emphasizing his admiration for our team’s professionalism and customer-centric approach. He found our values closely aligned with those of OS Graphics, laying a solid foundation for a fruitful partnership.

Throughout the year, Graham has been there to support Sebastien, accompanying him on several customer visits and collaborating to identify tailored solutions for OS Graphics’ customers.

As we look ahead to the second year, exciting opportunities await us. Building on our successes, we are eager to expand our customer base, with a keen focus on the upcoming Drupa 2024 event. Additionally, we are thrilled to announce that OS Graphics will break into the flexible packaging sector, further solidifying our position as leaders in the industry.
