In 2022 Finotex Honduras, leader in the apparel brand identification market and the partner of choice for top names in global manufacturing, purchased a Heaford FTS 900 SD plate mounter ready for a self-install in 2023.

Whilst self-install of Heaford products is a straightforward process, with detailed manuals and installation videos supplied, it’s often when customers are ready to start production that they need some initial help and the Heaford team are always happy to support and guide, and that’s exactly what we did for Finotex.

So, when the Finotex team were ready to start production a WhatsApp videoconference was set up with Nick Vindel, their area manager, to help them further understand the ease of use and benefits of the FTS plate mounter. This had the added benefit of being in Spanish.

The next step was then an operational demonstration of the FTS streamed live from the Heaford factory.  The demonstration walked the Finotex team through all the features and benefits of the machine allowing them time to ask any questions pertinent to their production requirements.  The live demonstration lasted 47 minutes and really helped the Finotex team who are now up and running with production.
