Every Heaford product is manufactured, commissioned and rigorously tested at our own UK facility to the highest quality standards. We enjoy long-standing partnerships with our component suppliers. Some are local companies who have grown alongside us, others are best in class suppliers, including Siemens, Rexroth, Festo etc. We’re passionate about taking on and supporting apprentices and transferring skills to the next generation.

Comprehensive installation service
We provide a wide range of different installation options depending on the complexity of your machine or upgrade package, and the availability and skill level of your engineers. Some customers buying repeat machines (particularly manual machines) often choose a ‘self-install’ option to reduce the overall investment cost. Typically, they will install whilst referring to the comprehensive installation documents and videos we provide.


Global technical support 24/7
At Heaford we’re proud of the longevity of our products, many of which have seen several operators throughout their lifetimes. We’re here to support operators and maintenance teams with spare parts, ongoing technical support and training, to ensure pre-press departments run as efficiently as possible.
And of course, everyone is always welcome to visit our UK facility for training and to see our equipment being built and tested.
